  1. Log in to your GoDaddy Account.
  2. Click Web Hosting.

  4. Next, Your IP address displays in the IP Address field in the Server Details column.
6 Which operating systems does GoDaddy use? linux or windows ? Both. Linux with cPanel control panel or Windows with Plesk control panel.
7 How do i find godaddy hosting nameservers ?
Find primary domain's nameservers
  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  2. Next to Domains, click Manage.
  3. Click the domain you want to use, and then select the DNS Zone File tab.
  4. The domain’s nameservers display in the NS (Nameserver) section.
Find secondary/alias domain nameservers
  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  2. From the Products tab under your name, click the Web Hosting bar.
  3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
  4. From the More pull down menu, select DNS Manager. You should be defaulted to your hosting plan’s primary domain.
  5. To view the zone file for an aliased domain click ‘Change Zone’ after ‘Zone File Editor.’ You should see a list of your aliased domains.
  6. Find the domain you want to view the zone file for and click OK.
  7. If you are trying to confirm nameservers for an aliased domain you recently added, scroll to the bottom of the zone file until you see the ‘NS (Nameserver)’ section. The nameservers listed as (Informational) will be the nameservers the domain needs to use.
8 Does Godaddy hosting support multiple domains per package? Yes, GoDaddy Hosting can host unlimited domains if you purchase Deluxe or Ultimate plan.
9 Can i use godaddy hosting without domain ?  Yes, you can. But you need to know your hosting ip address (Back to question 5), then use that ip address to upload your website to godaddy server, then access your website via that ip. But this is not a good idea because you will easily to buy a .Com domain name for just $ 0.99 at GoDaddy, then DNS it into your web hosting to use.

Linux:

  1. Go to http://yourdomainname/cpanel
  2. Enter the following, and then click Log in
  3. At Username field, you enter Your primary FTP username
  4. At Password field, you enter Your primary FTP user’s password

Windows:

  2. At Username field, you enter Your primary FTP username
  3. At Password field, you enter Your primary FTP user’s password
13 Is godaddy hosting support asp net ? Yes, you can view or change your ASP.NET version on our Windows-based hosting accounts.

  1. From the Hosting Control Center home page, click the More menu and then select Hosted Domains.
  2. Select your primary hosted domain, and then click Change Primary.
