Network Solutions Imap POP3 Settings

1. On iOS 10 (Iphone, Ipad)

  • Tap the Settings badge on Home Screen
  • Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Next, tap to Add Account
  • Scroll down, Tap to Other. Then tap Add Mail Account.
  • Then, enter the following information for the email account at Network Solutions:
    1. Name: Your name, which displays on the receiving end.
    2. Email: Your email address, which is where replies are sent to and should likely be the same as your username.
    3. Password: Your password.
    4. Description: Description of this account.
  • When finished entering your new account details, tap Next at top corner right. Next screen, you enter the following information for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers:
    1. Incoming Mail Server
      1. Host Name: Enter “mail.yourdomain.com
      2. Username: Your full e-mail address (the email address you’re accessing)
      3. Password: Your e-mail password (The password that you entered when you set up your NS e-mail account)
    1. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
      1. Host Name: Enter “smtp.yourdomain.com
      2. Username: Your full e-mail address (the email address you’re accessing)
      3. Password: Your e-mail password (The password that you entered when you set up your NS e-mail account)
  • After you enter the above information and the account is verified, tap Save at the top and await few seconds. If the ‘Cannot Verify Server Identity‘ message appears, you click to Continue, then click Yes to continue to connect without SSL.
  • You’ve completed to setup your email on IOS 10.

2. On Android device

  • Open the Mail app.
  • Select the Other option
  • Enter NS email address you wish to connect to (eg: [email protected])
  • Click the NEXT button.
  • Choose which type of account you’d like to use. We recommended IMAP for choosing.
  • Then, Enter the password of the above email address.
  • The Incoming server settings screen opens, You enter the following ‘Incoming‘ server settings:
    1. Username: Your full email address
    2. Password: The password of your email address
    3. Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Click the NEXT button, The Outgoing server settings screen opens, you enter the following ‘Outgoing‘ server settings:
    1. Username: Your full email address
    2. Authentication: Your password
    3. SMTP Server: smtp.yourdomain.com
  • Click the NEXT button, The Account Options screen opens then you select your desired settings.
  • Click the NEXT button, a screen opens confirming your address is properly configured, enter Account name and Your Name you wants to display, then click the NEXT button to complete the configuration.
  • You’ve completed to setup your email on Android Device.
